Updates

  • Forma is your record set. Drawboard is where the review happens. Design review in Forma works well until your team needs to actually mark up a drawing together. Annotation tools are limited, guest seats cost extra, and when a new revision lands, the old conversation doesn't come with it. Most teams end up exporting PDFs and running email chains that never quite close out. The Drawboard Projects integration with Forma closes that gap. New revision published in Forma → it shows up as a pending update in Drawboard Projects. Your team imports it, marks it up, raises tasks, and works the review there. Publish back to Forma as a new version when it's ready. Forma stays clean. The review stays accountable. Guests don't need a Forma seat. Consultants, subcontractors, clients join Drawboard Projects, mark up and raise tasks against the same revision, no Autodesk licence required. New version comes in from Forma? You decide what happens to the old markups, carry them forward or start fresh. Nothing resets without your say. Drawboard Projects isn't a second document platform. It's the review layer on top of Forma so your team can do its best work without anyone touching the record set until it's ready. It's rolling out in early release now. If you'd like access, reply to this thread and we'll get you set up. #DrawboardProjects #Forma #AEC
